One pricing level exists. At this time, payments are on a month-to-month
basis. There are no administrative charges nor contracts required.

PAYMENT
METHODS
PAYPAL®
You can subscribe or
make a payment or donation via PayPal. KDAV has established an account
with PayPal for the purposes of receiving and disbursing subscriptions,
payments and donations. PayPal will transfer funds from major credit
cards and bank accounts per your instructions. The PayPal web site
can give you additional information concerning their services and
we encourage you to read what they have to say. There is no charge,
to you, for using this service and once PayPal has your information
stored, it takes just a point and click to make future payments
or donations. PayPal is an eBay company with over 20 million members
worldwide and growing and has a proven record of reliability.

POSTAL
SERVICE
You can use the Postal
Service as the delivery system for your donation, subscription or
payment amount (Cashier's Checks or Money Orders only; no personal
checks). In order to receive proper credit you need to enclose a
completed printout of the Subscription/Payment
Form.
NOTE: Postal Delivery payments will take longer to process.
