Incentive Programs

We are committed to creating ways to help you continue to be a part of our KDAV Online family; so, we have set up two Incentive Programs to help do just that. These programs are available to those listeners who cannot otherwise afford the monthly fees.

Referral Credit

One of the programs that we are working on is a referral program. This program is not yet fully functional. It will be implemented as soon as we finalize all the details.

Referral Credit Guidelines:

• Referral credits are nonrefundable.
• Referral credits will be applied once a new customer is activated and has paid their first month's bill.
• Only new KDAV customers qualify towards referral credits.
• Individuals who receive referral credit may not apply for the Donation Funded Access Program.
• There is a six month limit on referrals during any 12 month period.
• KDAV reserves the right to refuse to grant a credit when any issue of dispute arises.
• KDAV reserves the right to cancel or refine this program at any time.

Donation Funded Access

The Donation Funded Access Program is another way we have developed to assist in funding access for those listeners who are on a limited income status. This fund is supported from Donations received by KDAV and the waiting list is on a first come, first served basis.

In order for you to be accepted for this program, the following must occur:

1. Go to the following link: http://www.kdav.com/dfa.html
2. Print and mail the completed form to us at the following address:

3.  When your application is received, if you qualify, you name will be added as the next on the waiting list of individuals requesting access funded through this program.
4.  As Donation amounts arrive they will be applied to the access cost of the next person on the waiting list.
5.  When applicable a person will receive e-mail notification that their access has been funded via a donation.
6.  Once a person is funded via donations, their name is no longer on the waiting list and they will have to reapply, following steps 1-2 above.

Donation Funded Access Guidelines:

• There is a six month limit for donation funded access during any 12 month period.

• Individuals who receive access through this program may not apply for the Referral Program.

• The Donation Funded Access waiting list is based on a first come, first served situation.

• KDAV reserves the right to refuse to grant a credit when any issue of dispute arises.

• KDAV reserves the right to cancel or refine this program at any time.
